Sandbox Template

v.2 of the templates is coming out Monday around noon. After Tuesday's class you should paint the templates on the side of your box and set all the nails. Then the box will be complete. The templates have been sent to the laser cutter. They'll work as follows:

    so you dont want us to nail the box until tuesday then? and also are we suppose to use water to mold are sand better?

    so does anybody know yet if the box is supposed to be glued or nailed together for tuesday?

    "For Tuesday: you will have a sandbox with the interior painted white, filled with sand, and the domestic ventilation translated into the surface of the sand; you will have a version of your sandbox log printed out; and you will have the domestic ventilation you've chosen to translate.
    See the exercise handouts linked to the left." Thats what it says right under the manikin picture.

    for the sandbox log:

    if we have the circles with a .45" diameter it doesnt appear the same as the drawing on the page. or do you want a RADIUS of .45"?

    since the boxes weigh so much, how is everyone transferring them to the studio?
