Do we need to go out and buy a brown portfolio or can we use the black material ones that came with the kit?

Are we supposed to follow the submission directions regarding the spreadsheets & graphs. They say
    "6 sheets held together..."

while the original project requirements were...

"The TWO printouts of the spread sheets PLUS FOUR graphics of your chart of object things PLUS FOUR graphics of your chart of event things EQUALS 10 IMAGES."

Do we just pick the 2 best charts for each?

Two of my Event Space models are on paper and one on foam. The paper models will probably not survive a plastic shopping bag. Am i allowed a box etc... inside the bag to protect these models?

  4. You can put them in a box for transportation. Your TA will simply check to see if you have all three models in the morning. Then you will place them as a group on a table somewhere around the room.

  5. You can use your black portfolio of course. The YouTube Submission Process just says Portfolio, it does not specify a brown portfolio. Use what you have.

about the spreadsheets and graphs: the youtube video mentions only 6 pages. does this mean we take out four of our original graphs? does anyone know more information about this?

I was wondering the same thing. I think I'm going to put the six together like it says, but bring the extras just incase it was a typo or something.
